GrowthView had a product marketers loved but struggled to explain. Their dashboard was powerful, their data was accurate, and their churn was quietly killing them. They came to us with a simple ask — make it easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier to sell.
Reduction in churn within one quarter of the redesign launching
Increase in trial-to-paid conversion rate post-launch
The challenge
The core problem wasn't the product — it was the presentation. GrowthView's interface had been built by engineers for engineers, and it showed. New users were hitting the dashboard and bouncing within minutes, unable to find the insight they came for. The onboarding flow was confusing, the visual hierarchy was nonexistent, and the brand did nothing to communicate credibility.
At the same time, they were moving upmarket and pitching to larger teams with higher expectations. The product needed to feel enterprise-ready without losing the speed and flexibility that made their early adopters love it. A difficult balance — and one that had to be solved in nine weeks.
The solution
We rebuilt the product experience around clarity. A new information architecture put the most valuable insights front and center, reducing the time-to-value for new users from days to minutes. Every screen was redesigned with a consistent visual hierarchy — clear data, clear actions, clear next steps.
In parallel we rebuilt the brand from the ground up — a refined identity that communicated precision and reliability without feeling cold. The new GrowthView looks like a company you'd trust with your most important business decisions. From kickoff to handoff in nine weeks, zero scope creep.
From the Founder
"We knew the product was good. Deformo made it look like it too. The difference in how prospects respond to demos now is night and day."
